What it solves
Renting a bike normally means finding a shop, during opening hours, with your passport. Here the bike is parked in the street and the phone is the key.

Rider app
Find a bike on the map, scan it, unlock it and end the rental — all from the phone, with no counter to visit.
Rental platform
The API and web app behind it: availability, pricing, rentals in progress and what each one is charged.
Operator console
The fleet, the parking zones, the state of each bike and every rental, for whoever runs the bikes on the ground.
Connected locks
The app talks to the lock over Bluetooth, so unlocking works even when the lock's own network does not.
Worth pointing at
- The lock only opens from the app, which is what makes an unattended fleet possible.
- Returns are checked against the operator's own zone, so bikes do not end up scattered.
- Maps run on OpenStreetMap after the previous provider stopped being free — a swap made without the riders noticing.
