What happens to your data

Short version: this site has no cookies and no third-party trackers. The only personal data it holds is what you type into the contact form or the quote check, and it exists so that I can reply to you.

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Who is responsible

More Solutions Malaga Consulting SL (tax ID B72804891), Pasaje Solluve 1, Málaga, Spain, which is the company behind verathamm.com and the work Vera Thamm does through it.

To ask anything about your data, or to have it deleted, use the contact form and say so — that is enough, you do not need a special format or a particular wording.

What is collected, and why

If you use the contact form

Your name, email address and message, plus the optional fields you choose to fill in: company, what you need, your timeline and a budget band. It is used for one thing — answering you and, if it goes further, preparing a quote.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If you use the quote check

Your email address and the answers you gave — project type, rough size, timeline and industry — so I can send you the written breakdown you asked for. There is no mailing list, and you will not be added to one.

Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Just visiting

The web server records the usual technical log: IP address, the page requested, the time and the user agent your browser sends. This is needed to keep the site running and to spot abuse. Nothing is combined into a profile and nothing is shared with advertisers.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

No cookies, and counting that cannot identify you

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts — no Google Analytics, no advertising, no trackers. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

It does count a few things, on my own server, to know which pages are useful and where people give up on the quote check. What gets written down is the event and the time — for example “someone reached step three”. That is all: no cookie, no IP address, no browser fingerprint, no identifier of any kind, and nothing that links one event to another or to you. The records are counts, not visitors, so there is nothing in them to hand back, delete or protect.

How long it is kept

  • Enquiries: Two years from our last exchange, unless we go on to work together — in which case the usual accounting rules apply.
  • Server logs: 14 days, then deleted automatically.

You can ask me to delete your enquiry earlier than that, at any point, and I will.

Who else sees it

Nobody buys it, and it is never sold or used for advertising. These are the providers involved in it reaching me, and what each one touches:

ProviderWhat forWhere
IONOSHosting. The server this site runs on, where enquiries are stored.Germany (EU)
ResendSends me the notification email when an enquiry arrives.United States · outside the EEA
Google (Gmail)The mailbox where I read those notifications.United States · outside the EEA
Meta (WhatsApp)Only if you choose to write to me on WhatsApp instead of using the form.United States · outside the EEA

The providers marked as outside the European Economic Area transfer data to the United States. They operate under the safeguards the GDPR requires for those transfers, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. If you would rather nothing left the EEA at all, write to me on WhatsApp — though note that WhatsApp is itself a US provider — or ask and we will find another way.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict or object to how it is used, or ask for it in a portable format. Where the basis is your consent, you can withdraw it at any time — that does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Use the contact form. I answer these myself and within a month at the outside, usually far sooner.

If you think I have handled your data badly and we cannot resolve it between us, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

No automated decisions

The quote check is a small set of fixed rules that turns your answers into an indicative price band. It is not a decision about you, it has no legal effect, and the real quote always comes from a conversation with me.

Vera.

I ship MVPs, web apps and automation for European clients with AI driven development (Claude Code, Codex, OpenAI and Claude APIs) — fast builds, clear scope, hands-on delivery.
